With over 24 years of experience across Gujarat and Maharashtra, Ms. Vinita Kumar is the academic heart of Cosmos Castle International School Green Campus. Her journey began in 2001 as a Mathematics Teacher at a GSFC-run institution, where a career in numbers quietly became a lifelong mission to transform how students feel about learning.

After five years of teaching in Pune, she returned to Ahmedabad in 2011 and steadily rose from classroom educator to academic leader, including a tenure as Principal of a reputed institution, before bringing her expertise to CCIS Green Campus. As Principal today, she connects administrative vision with classroom reality, ensuring that every teacher leads with confidence and every student learns with purpose.

Her core belief is simple: when a student feels genuinely connected to their mentor, their capacity for learning grows beyond measure. She has guided over 1,000 students from math-anxiety to math-confidence and trained more than 100 educators in modern, engagement-first teaching techniques. Her interests span educational leadership, curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, student counselling, and the integration of innovative practices in everyday learning.
