Tanu Mangla

Principal

“Intelligence plus character—that is the goal of true education.” — Martin Luther King Jr.

With over two decades of experience leading schools across North India and Gujarat, Tanu Mangla, M.Sc., B.Ed., has dedicated her career to cultivating learning environments that inspire curiosity, academic excellence, and holistic development. A postgraduate in Zoology with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, she combines strong academic foundations with progressive educational leadership. As the Principal of Cosmos Castle International School Green Campus, her approach to education is profoundly shaped by her background as a trained Kathak dancer, reflecting her belief that true education must nurture creativity, character, and confidence just as rigorously as academic achievement.

Throughout her tenure with some of India’s premier educational institutions, she has made a lasting impact on school leadership and student learning. She brings extensive expertise in school administration and curriculum development, championing experiential, inquiry-based, and student-centric pedagogies over traditional rote learning. Recognizing that great schools are built by exceptional educators, she places strong emphasis on faculty empowerment through continuous professional development, mentoring, and instructional coaching, ensuring that educational vision is translated into meaningful classroom practice.

Now at the helm of CCIS Green Campus, she leads with a vision of building a future-ready learning community rooted in well-being, inclusion, and the school’s Green Campus philosophy. Her leadership style is collaborative, student-centered, and driven by the belief that strong partnerships between parents, educators, and the wider school community are essential to creating an environment where every child can thrive.
