As co-founder, Ms. Charu Agarwal has over 25 years of continuous involvement – she has watched, guided, and shaped the school’s growth from a single education centre into a full CBSE K-12 institution serving thousands of families across Ahmedabad.

Her foundation in education came through her passion for learning. She has a strong foundation for structured, excellence-driven learning that still informs how CCIS is run today. As founder of the school, she oversees not just operations and academics but the culture of the institution – the harder, less visible work of ensuring that a school’s values don’t erode as it scales.

Charu ji’s particular focus is the human side of schooling: community trust, and the co-curricular and cultural life that transforms a building full of classrooms into a place children genuinely want to be. She believes that a school’s reputation is earned not on results day, but in the ordinary moments – a conversation with a parent, a child who feels noticed, a stage performance remembered years later.
