Aashima Agarwal
Director – Strategy & Innovation“A school runs on love and values – but it scales on systems that never let a child slip through the cracks.”
Ms. Aashima Agarwal brings a global perspective to a deeply local mission. Before returning to the school her family built, she spent six years with Deloitte Canada in Toronto, leading large-scale education technology implementations for universities serving over 50,000 students. She holds a Master of Technology Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the Sobey School of Business, Saint Mary’s University, Canada, and an Honours degree in Public Administration from PDPU.
At CCIS, her focus is the invisible architecture of the school: the systems and processes behind admissions, communication, academics, and daily operations. Under her direction, the school has reimagined systems and processes, and modernised how the school runs, so teachers spend less time on paperwork and more time with children.
Aashima is also the driving force behind AI integration at CCIS, where she has trained the entire teaching team to use AI thoughtfully for lesson planning, assessment, and personalised learning, as well as operationally, placing CCIS among the early movers in AI-ready education in India. She believes technology in a school should never be a showpiece; it should quietly give every teacher more time, every parent more clarity, and every child more attention.
